Delivery was quick, installation was quick (a few hrs with a hosepipe), heating took overnight to get up to 38 which is comfortable (tried 40 but was too hot for me!) plenty of room for 6 (legs got a bit tangled but we all good friends!) loving climbing in after a day at work and relaxing with bubble blower on. perfect. (installed on patio under a gazeebo outside my back door!)

Ordered whilst drunk at a BBQ (the internet is a dangerous thing for ones bank account after a few drinks!) I awoke the next day to think OMG what have I done ! Well, I shouldn't have worried. The Spa arrived really quickly and all went well setting up. A couple of phone calls where Splash Spas were excellent was reassuring and we were off :)
For what this cost I don't think you can really go wrong. Sturdy build and spacious I would thoroughly recommend it. I was thinking of a 'proper' permanent spa but bought this. I would now love a permanent spa but sadly can't get one into my garden without the help of a rather expensive crane! This product has made me wish for a more permanent spa but it is not to be. I am more than happy with this one and even my wife who was decidedly sceptical loves it.
It takes ages to warm up but that is one of those things - it does say it takes an age. When you think this costs £500 and a decent permanent one is maybe 10 times that I realise how good this is ... and it packs away when you want it to.
The only issue I have had does not relate to the spa itself but my seeming inability to filter the water enough ... resulting in cloudy water ... but it's early days ...
I would recommend this company and this product ... I am very happy.

The quality and size of the spa was much better than we expected, there is plenty of room for two of us, and even four can comfortable sit in it. We have yet to try six.
It was very easy to setup although I was confused at first about the plug to inflate, the instructions do indicate to remove the top part only but the value itself doesn't look as if it is two seperate parts but it is.
We find the spa much more comfortable than much more expensive 'hard' spa's, being inflatable it is very comfortable to lean your back on the side walls. we are considering buying the head cushions however.
Delivery only took a few days, would and have recommend it to other people.

Delivery was fine (to Sweden). Also got email support quickly.
Quality seems ok so far. Inflates itself quickly.
On the bad side: The "bladder" didn´t fit 100% well. The heat retention mat included wasn´t big enough (and was in a square shape). Also the heating up time is very long (but stated in the description of the item)

From date of order everything went smoothly, only took couple of days to come. Was set-up same day, filled and used next day. This is our first inflatable spa and we are all very impressed. Sets 6 bit a bit close, fits 4 perfectly. Would highly recommended this product.

When you get the spa it looks smaller than you think. But when you blow it up it can comfortably seat 4, or 6 if your very close!
It inflates its self which was a welcoming delight! The 'seats' are nice even though they're just like foam pads.
Your going to need a chlorine kit, I bought ours from a different site and then found a large bottle of chlorine.
Overall its an excellent product and excellent support.

Excellent value/money ration. Easy to deploy, altough frigile, especially the bottom mat.

Although Splash Spas was always avalable over ther phone, the delivery was delayed a couple of times and the delivery company chosen (DHL) did a very poor job: coming without ringing so leaving just the notice into the mail box, not answering the phone, being rude over the phone and in person either, etc.
The pool is very nice instead: impressively light and compact to transport, easy to deploy and operate, comfortable due to stable anf fast water heating. Lots of fun to use, especillay with little kids.
The pool bottom mat is frigile: after fist installation, without even having used it yet, we saw a water leakage and in fact the mat was already puctured, possibly during transportation or placement, altough we always used lots of care. Reparation was easy though; a general feeling of materials fragility remains. We'd recommend special attention and care.

Mspa Super Camaro

I bought the Mspa from Splash Spa's as I have been interested in getting a hot tub for a while but the cost was always represnting a barrier. The Super Camaro is pretty much perfect to bridge that gap, it is large enough to comfortably sit 4 adults and probably 6 at a push but have not tried.
Set-up is really straight forward, although I had a slight problem with the air inlet valve which the support team at spalsh spa's helped me to resolve immediatly.
Although the spa is inflateable it still looks like a quality piece of kit, but only time will tell if it maintains this appearance - so far so good though. The temp control is easy to use and goes upto 42 degrees C which is more than hot enough, 38 is far more comfortable and it costs about 50p (4kw hrs) per day to maintain it at this temperature according to my electricity monitor.
It obviously lacks water / massage jets that you would find on more expensive tubs, however the bubbles provide more than enough relaxation if you are seeking the general benefits of a hot tub but not the high end features.
Clearly one of the best features of this product is that you can drain it and pack it away, or if you want leave it up permanantly - Not somthing you have the option with more expensive tubs.
Overall I would recommend this product to anyone interested in testing the water for a hot tub but not wanting splash out the full cost. It looks much better than other inflateable tubs on the market and this probably justifys the slightly elevated price but there are cheaper options if you just want the experience.
