About Us

HotTubsUK is the UK's largest online retailer of hot tub chemicals and accessories for delivery throughout the UK, Eire and most of Europe.

We were established in 2004 and have grown to now offer the largest selection of hot tub replacement covers, water treatments, spa filters and accessories available anwhere.

We pride ourselves in the fact that we do not sell hot tubs, inflatable spas, swim spas or other related products. We leave the selling of these capital items to those that know their products inside out and can offer the best prices and support to their customers.

We find that hot tub retailers do not necessarily offer the best watercare advice and support with a very limited product choice and very poor advice to their customers in what has become a highly specialised area of expertise. There is a clear need for hot tub users to be able to source their preferred choice of watercare treatment, which is backed up by qualified help and advice should they need it. This is why HottubsUK was formed and this is what we do.

Our mission is to be completely independent of any hot tub/spa manufacturer, distributor or retailer. This, in turn, means that we can give our customers confidence in the knowledge that they are getting the best and most impartial product advice for their particular requirement.

We pride ourselves on our knowledge about hot tub watercare having operated our own hot tubs since 2004 with many of the currently available water treatment options. We won't sell it unless we have tried it ourselves and have yet to find a watercare problem that we can't solve!

In recognition of a growing requirement for products to be more 'planet-friendly', we now provide an increasing range of those hot tub products which are kinder to the environment. These are all indicated with 'eco friendly' labels on the qualifying products in our online shop.

We despatch all on-line chemical and accessory orders from our central warehouse and distribution facility in Swindon, Wilsthire.

Our replacement hot tub covers are manufactured by Core Covers of North America who also supply covers for many of the leading brand, US manufactured hot tubs.

All our products include VAT & FREE UK mainland delivery for all purchases over £45.
