AquaSPArkle Spa ScaleAway prevents and removes scale deposits caused by mineral precipitation on hot tub surfaces and pipework.
Scale deposits can build up quickly due to high calcium levels (hard water) combined with high water temperatures, in the same way as a kettle scales up in a hard water area.
When water is heated there is a tendency for the calcium carbonate in the water to form scale on metal surfaces such as the heater element, pipework and jets. If allowed to build up this scale will severely affect the performance of your hot tub and will eventually cause permanent damage to the equipment.
To stop the calcium carbonate from being deposited in this way scale control products keep the calcium 'in solution' in your spa water.
Initial application : 25ml / per 1000 litres of spa water.
Maintenance dose : Add weekly at the rate of 15ml per 1000 litres of spa water.
Apply the product directly into the spa water whilst the pumps are running.
